All employees
on the Fiesta Shows midway adhere to a strict uniform policy. Fiesta Shows' shirts, black
or tan pants, and a Fiesta Shows issued photo ID must me worn by all employees at all
times.
Fiesta Shows prohibits ride operators from smoking and eating while on an amusement ride.
Non-alcoholic beverages are permitted but should not be near the control panel or any
electrical or sound equipment.
Proper grooming is required to portray a clean, neat appearance to patrons and sponsor
personnel. Hair must be neat and collar-length.
All gaming concessions are required to clearly display the game's rules, pricing and
Fiesta Shows' vendor number. To ensure fair and fun family entertainment, each game
concession is assigned a vendor number. If there is ever an issue, patrons should note the
vendor number and visit the Fiesta Shows' midway office.
Employment Guidelines:
Uniforms - All midway employees shall be in Fiesta Shows issued
uniforms when reporting for work. The uniform office has posted hours for times they will
be on sale at each event. Black/Tan pants or shorts must be worn while working. No open
toed shoes of any kind are permitted. Fiesta Shows has a variety of clothing ranging from
shirts, sweatshirts, rain jackets, fleece jackets, and hats available.
I.D.'s - Fiesta Shows requires that all employees wear, prominently, a
Fiesta Shows issued identification badge while on-site. They are available during posted
hours at the uniform office.
Grooming Standards - All employees are required to comply with Fiesta
Shows grooming policy to present a clean appearance to midway patrons. Hair must be neat
and no longer then collar length. Eccentric haircuts will not be permitted. Beards are
prohibited and mustaches must be properly trimmed and clean. All other proper personal
hygiene will be expected.
Smoking / Eating - Fiesta Shows does not allow employees to smoke or
eat while physically on an amusement device. Non-Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but must
be stored away from the control box and any electrical equipment (i.e. electrical box,
sound/special effects equipment).
Background Checks - Fiesta Shows does mandatory background checks of
all employees.
Drug and Alcohol - Fiesta Shows promotes a drug-free work zone. All
employees must adhere to Fiesta Shows written policy prior to employment.
Employee Handbook - All employees will receive a copy of the
above-mentioned items in addition to other rules and guidelines set forth by Fiesta Shows
for the safety of yourself, fellow employees, and midway patrons.
Cookhouse - A cookhouse is available at each site to serve meals
throughout the day.
Bunkhouse - A bunkhouse is available for housing ride employees. No
room guarantee is here or implied. Check with the on-site supervisor for availability.
Employee Comfort Trailer - A mobile "recreation room" has
been created to provide employees with an area during the day to relax. The trailer has
men's/women's room, air conditioning/heat, 2 satellite televisions and vcr's, as well as
soda and vending machines. Please check the posted rules in the trailer for proper
behavior.
